October is a month full of sports, appreciation days, everything fall, and of course Pink! Flashback....

Even though July has come and gone is a 'flash' I wanted to share HoneyFrass's Fourth of July project. HoneyFrass made it's debut in Sugar Mill Pond July 4th with star spangled cuppies! French Vanilla cake topped with Vanilla butter cream icing and a chocolate red or blue fleur-de-lis made a big bang at the community July 4th events! We are so glad to have ventured into the surrounding of Sugar Mill Pond and can't wait to go back!

100 Cuppies

It's always an interesting task when you recieve an order for 9 dozen cuppies (mini cupcakes). Thankfully this is a task that we have met head on before but this time it was for a corporate office. Knowing there would be many judging critics all with different taste buds the challege was great but we met it head on and completely won them over with Raspberry filled Chocolate Cuppies iced with Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting. The most difficult feat to over come was to NOT grab a spoon and head for the filling and icing bowls! Here a glimpse.....

Oh and did I mention the 'Leaning Tower of German Chocolate Pisa'? Leading the way for the cuppies was a Texas size German Chocolate cupcake layered with Creamy Pecan Coconut Icing which rightfully earned the Leaning Tower of Pisa name.........
